    Things That Piss You Off At The Gym?

    What pisses you off at the gym ?
    I for one cant stand people talking on the phone i get mad as hell.:

    people who smell like they haven't showered in months.

    i mean, yeah, i know people are sweaty. but just cuz you sweat, doesn't mean you smell like some sort of dead animal. P.U.

    People that sit on benches and machines stairing at the weight wasting time

    People talking to eachother for hours wasting time

    Little guys who lift too much and force me to be a hero and save their life

    People who give others advice (not me but I hear it and it pisses me off)

    People who feel the need to do 10 drop sets in a row and hog all the weights

    Kids coming up to me asking how much I bench

    140 pounders flexing in the mirrors

    Thats all I can think of right now that has affected me this week...

    jeez someone has roid rage. but ya i use to like when people asked me how much i bench because it made me feel good but now its anoying. y would someoe giving someone advice piss u off?

    1) When I am the only person that has done squats in the past month.

    2) When idiots stand in front of the weight rack while lifting, like no one else needs access to the weights (occasionally this makes me want to just knock them over and say nothing)

    3) When the main topic of conversation is alcohol.

    4) When the staff gets on the intercom to say the place is closing like 20 times in the last hour.

    5) When girls that are like 60lbs overweight come in and do curls. I mean seriously.

    6) When people load up the bench or whatever, then sit down and stare at the TV.

    When I overhear people giving out bogus info about nutrition or lifting

    People who get in the way with their excessive stretching routines

    ^^^ this is an everyday thing for me to come accross at the gym i go to , its a family gym so i guess what you should expect rite.

    one that bothers me the most and hear it everyday is "how much you benchin now"

    kid it doesnt matter , i bench alot put it that way.

    The people giving others advice dont know what they are talking about themselves, I think the only times someone should give advice is when its asked for or someone is doing something potentially harmful to themselves.

    Being the 2nd largest person in my gym at 223 (except for grossly overweight people), and by far in the best shape...That's what I get for being a cop-out and going to the cookie cutter place that is close to me. I thrive off of watching monsters push more weight than me...oh well, moving in two weeks, will be in a new gym WHooohooo

    Mother fvckers trying to take my bench when walk 10ft away to grab my bag and jugg
    People asking me w/im on in negative tone
    People flex and laugh at me(hassent happened at the gym but has at a few places)
    Skinny high school kids trying to buy gear from me
    People doing deads w/NO FVCKN FORM
    When a trainer shakes his head no at me n the middle of a set(just happen2day)

    1.those snotty ladies that come after work and if you are close to them or over hearing you can tell what happend to do them that day in 10 minutes.
    2.Dude doing squats and his GF standing beside him he takes 8 reps and talk for 8 minutes to her before doing another set...frick go fvuck her leave the machine so I can use it.

    Nothing ever pisses me off in the gym or out,except the IRS but to worry about things you can't control in assanign.The only thing that makes you feel a certain way is your emotional response to it or your environment.The sooner you learn that the better and a more emotionally stable individual you will be.

    what pisses me off is when i get there and its packed of little kids and old people, yesterday i was workin on my rotator cuff bc i was doing shoulders and there was no room, i have finally found a spot and then this kid trys to squeeze by me i had to stop of i would have hit hit. i threw both weights on the ground and yelled out "this gym is a f'ing joke" .

    There's one little guy in my gym that always wears a wife beater and puts oil on his shoulders arms and chest and walks around with his chest sticking out, if you are on the board STOP IT!!!

    The dude who puts like 800 on the squat rack and barly bends his legs 1 inch. He also feels the need to scream at the top of his lungs to get people to look at him and see that he has 8 45lbs plates on each side. Then after that walks all tough like he just squated 800 for real. Little sh#thead.
