    Neuro muscular therapy

Any you guys had this done? My god its painful, I had an hour session yesterday with a guy to help stretch the fascia in my chest/shoulders and hams. With my past surgery Im really tight through chest and shoulders and because my hams over power my quads it messes up my posture somewhat.

So I went in and got it done and holy shit this is painful. He breaks up scar tissue and pulls the fascia away from the muscle and rubs it and digs elbows in etc.

But it really lossen's you up. I would suggest it for any of you guys who are really into bodybuildig or power lifting.

I found this video of it online, oddly enough its Jay Cutler getting it done lol.

I had an intense massage like that not long ago and I was in so much pain afterwards I had to take 6 advils just to get a little bit of sleep. I would wake up and my lower back would be throbbing in pain. A few days later I felt so good, but I would recommend you work up to more intense massages.

I don't think his sphincter needs any therapy.

Yeah, I had it done a few times. I had to bring a mouthguard in the second and third times. It hurts like a mother, but afterwards it feels really good. I used to go to the public bath house afterwards and alternate hot and cold water for 30 minutes each. I'd stay there 2 or 3 hours doing this, but when I left I've never felt so relaxed.

i saw a deep tissue specialist who works for the edmonton eskimos orginization who worked on my neck..he said i had some of the deepest scar tissue in my neck hes ever worked on..a group of people actually gathered in the room to watch what this guy was doing to me(it was in the yoga room of a local gym with a wide open door..) this guy kicked my ****ing ass, sooo bad...he was twisting my arms up ridiculously, and practically pulling my head off my body..it felt so ****ed up..after a while he he would start needing my skin kind of, and it seriously felt like he was pulling marbles out of my neck, it was crazy. when i walked out of there iw as dizzy as hell...but he said to take it easy and i would wake up feeling great the next day. sure enough, next day rolled around, and i could barely ****in move my head. i dont doubt it helps alot of people, what he was doing felt like it was making positive changes, but it seriously like took me off my feet for a day or 2, so i wont be going back.
