    lol lol lol. was searching old threads, and found my diet from 4 years ago.

    holy smokes, i was searching old threads, and found my diet from the year 2004........I was using this diet as a "cutter".......This was from highschool...I think I really had my shit down back then......I would definatley reccomend this as a cutter.





    7:00 2 servings of special K mixed with 1 serving of peanuts
    9:30 2 granola bars
    12:30 turkey sandwich and high glyc...... fruit
    2:00 finish the above since the portion is so huge
    3:00 workout
    4:30 1.5 scoops am whey and 2.5 cups of 1% milk
    5-6 dinner, can always count on a good slab of meat and carbs such as rice, pasta or potatoe and small portion of veggies
    1.5 hours later creatine
    1.5 hours later glutamine
    multi vitamin thrown in somewhere
    9:00 low fat snack of some sort


    probably about 23% bf at the time, and got fatter that summer

    7 am- 50 grams of whey

    9 am- 2 sausage biscuit

    11 am- whatever cheap source of protein at my school, and i eat crap carbs and sweet once in awhike

    2 pm- pre workout protein and 4 eggs

    5pm- post workout protein and or chicken/eggs

    6 pm- dinner which is whatever is made

    10pm- protein and or pbj



    Over three years ago while i was in high school....God this is freakin pathetic!!!
