An hour, Hour and a half MAX. I don't go in to socialize. I am in and out
12 but i worked there at the time
45 min on back and bi
45 min Chest and tri
30 min shoulder and traps
30 min legs
anything more then that and I'm over training.....
One hour of cardio first thing in the morning 6 days per week.
One hour in the gym 5 days per week.
No sex discussion???

hour and a half. that was my slowest workout ever and i did 20mins cardio at the end.
by "in the gym" do you mean, "in the anus" ?? i'm confused

45 min. is the longest. Any longer and you're loafing or doing too much.
I am curious, if you are doing high intensity and not resting between sets, how long do you think you should be in the gym for?
an hour for cardio and 45 minutes for lifting. No more, no less.
Depends on the day and if i have cardio to do or not. I try not so spend more then 1.5 hours there but most days are and hour.
in and out in an hour always.
I usually take take just over an hour, I have a bad habit of getting distracted, and I have a tendacy not want to stop once I get started, maybe I'm ocd lol

i have had six hour days before. i went 2 a days for about a year and a half 2 1/2 to 3 hrs in the morning b4 work and 2 1/2 to 3 hrs after.
