Whats up Bro's,
Since we have had threads about what you hate at the gym I thought I would share a story that happened last night at my Gym. Their is this dude, i call him Skippy who comes in and works out. Skippy is 5'9" and weighs in at a solid 135 I am guessing. ALWAYS wearing a wife beater, and always giving shitty advice. He always comes up to me to ask if I am getting a great pump and what not. I usually smile and humor his little ass. Anyway last night he came in and there were several really hot and well toned woman in their. He started lifting, screaming and yelling and making a scene. The girls just looked at me, looked at him and started laughing amongst themselves. Then this little shit comes over and starts to tell me that I am doing my biceps exercises all wrong and giving me pointers,lol. I just humored him but as he was going off on the proper way to curl one of those girls came over and just laid into his ass. She was like you walk around here with those imaginary Lats acting all big and tuff and your this little tiny guy. She said you telling him how to lift, his arms are bigger than your legs for christ sakes. Then she called him a loser, said bye to me and they left. This poor bastard just sat their trying to choke back tears and then he left. I don't know I thought it was pretty funny

Yeah I kinda just ignore him and get a laugh. I usually lift with a baggy shirt on but last night I decided to be a little vain and rock the wife beater. Kinda felt bad for him though. If I had my phone I would have taken a video for you guys so you could see the moment his heart broke,lol.Man that girl ripped his ass hard
