    Mines 51, but gotta a question. Which i guess i should get it on may 9th for direct deposit..

    ok got my taxes done at H&R block ok and got it put on a prepaid emerald card.. and i gave him my bank account number and i forgot how it worked.

    Was it that the bank lent the money to the irs for the card then irs paid bank back i forgot..
    So my question is would it be direct deposited into my bank account ,right?
    or would it be on my emerald card..

    They wouldnt mail it right?

    did anyone else also do the prepaid card thingy?

    And how do u know when u get it, do they send u a letter stating so or do u just have to check ur deposit transactions?...

    .This whole shit is confusing and dont think their gonna be as accurate as to when u should recieve it, seems like everthings gonna be jacked and some people might not get theirs till alot later of a date..

    how close did they send the letter compared to when u go it?

    i got the letter the day before, i think. i got the money the day i was suppose to.

    i wouldnt bet on it though. the letter says to contact them if you dont receive with in 6 weeks.
