    see, thats why maxing out is silly.....I personally dont see anything wrong with going very heavy, but keeping the reps over say 8?????? Is maxing out really that important, are you less of a man for doing 650 for 12 (relatively light relative to you) rather than 850 for 1?

    powerlifters? I just dont get you guys.
