I say who cares, the only time I would be against it is if there was a history of genetic disease in the family. Close relatives that have a higher risk of there offspring developing genetic disorders

It is just that most of us come from a civilized Christian culture where it is forbidden to have sex with your sister/ brother/cousin etc.etc. so it is alien to us.There are many other cultures throughout the world where this is not forbidden.
