    has anyone heard of this or know what it is, I found fragments of it in my system startup utility,is it some sort of snoopware??

    yea, the security forums say it is mis identified by avg, but i don't like anyone installing anything i don't control..

    download windows defender then see what it picks up, also you might wanna run a nmap on your comptuer and see what ports are open see if anyone has anything running on it remotely. pm me i can help if ya need it.

    windows defender pisses me off..
    get Kaspersky internet security, nothing gets passed it...
    cost you $50... but its well worth it.
