Kellys Coffee & Fudge Factory (for all the California residents)

To all my cali personnel I'm curious as to how many of you like their products:

1) How was there coffee, Chocolate, and food?

2) How was their customer service, Professionalism, and subject matter knowledge

3) What is the visual appeal of the inside and outside of the store?

4) How would you compare Kellys products to Starbucks products?

Do you own one of these places or do research for them? Looks like a pretty good product but I've never been to one as I don't believe they're anywhere in Michigan. Best fudge ever is located on Mackinaw Island. Mmmm...Mackinaw Island fudge.

Well I am the original thread poster but had to come back with a different name cause someone decided to take all my posting privileges away and I really don't know why.

I don't own one of these stores but thought about opening one and wanted some real world feedback on it.

If I was not supposed to post that here in the lounge than I would appreciate a warning next time before the MODS decide to take my privileges away.
