It conspiracy theory garbage full of half truths. Similar to loose change IMHO.

Lots of 'half truths' add up to quite a lot of truths...

There are a lot of objective documentaries throughout the years... It is great to watch to broaden your perspective on a lot of things that either you never thought about or you didn't really know much about....
You will find different perspectives on many things in life that have a lot of valid points... now that does not necesarily mean you should follow everybit of it as factual just because it is narrated good and made it to the media.. You can watch very well laid out programs full of bs.... not saying Zietgliest is a bunch of bs, but it is still just a group of opinions on certain things... that you need to objectively think about.
to point out the flaws in our government and religion in the world is very easy and ancient, but guess what??? The corruption has been going on from the beginning... if you ever looked before you would not be so enlightened with the information.... this just gives different angles in some regards to certain things... if you never looked before, then this and many other good documentaries can be very enlightening and informative for the viewer.
Even with all these threads on the forum lately about violation of American rights and how the government is really messed up... guess what? That is no new news flash... it has been going on in every country and civilization from the begining of time...including here in America from the start... if you were a slave when the constitution for america was written, you would have laughed at the fact that you get free rights... also, if you were a victim of civil war, revolutionary war, the wild west just a few hundred years ago,....the list goes on and on.... the only difference is that you don't have the same type of wide spread communication system, ie internet, tv, etc...to cause radicalist to creat paranoia...
Not that I dont' fiind the topics interesting and the threads interesting to talk about... but the fact is that all this has been going on since the beginning of time... why do you think history is so important to many. why is zietgliest such an eye opener to mans corruption and the way things are? did anyone really believe that things were really all hunky dory until now? No, the fact for many is that you either just started opening your eyes as an adult or you are you are just entering adulthood and realize things are a lot more rough then your sheltered childhood upbringing led you to believe (which btw, is an awesome thing for your parents to have done for you)...
ok, that's enough ramblin...

Wow, just finished watching it now, I don't understand how what I HEARD AND SAW in the media and what was presented in this documentary are polar opposites.
It was always about the crisis, the struggle, the problems of 9-11. I never ONCE saw a broadcasting that attempted to shift responsbility onto the gov.
Which is why when I ever heard "9-11/Conspiracy" years after online, I thought it was just paranoid wackjobs, and would click to something I thought was more relevant.
This video BLEW my mind. I thank the person who started this thread 100%. But what I'm left in the dark about is the profit of this documentary, work was obviously put into it, than they submit if for free?
That was was got me thinking the most, someone actually w/out a personal agenda. Like they're saying **ck money, this is all about knowledge, and you don't need to pay for information.
That concept (+ may more) is what sucked me into watching and agreeing with most of this vid. Thanks again, I would have NEVER even explored this aspect of our "era" had you not simply made this post..

Whats this movie about? Is it another 911 conspiracy video?
(Just asking so I dont spend 2 hours watching it without knowing what I'm about to get in to)

It's three documentaries in one. The first part is information about religion that I found extremely interesting, the second part is information on 9-11, and the third part is about the government. The second part I skipped portions of since I've watched countless videos on that topic and it seemed to be the same eye opening information. Part one and three are what really appealed to me, moreso part three. Definitely a great movie for information. It's certainly isn't the stuff they taught you in school.

have any of you actually looked up a lot of the facts to confirm any of it?

There are videos out there they attempt to disprove it, and you can watch them too, but for the most part Zeitgeist is very accurate.
There was a video I just watched yesterday and this guy was claiming that there were tons of religious inaccuracies. One such point is that he was claiming that Horus the Egyptian son god that is claimed (and rightfully so in my opinoin) where the story of Jesus came from. They lived extrememly similar lives, both being born of a virgin mother, both being prodigies, teaching at very young ages, being crucified, ressurecting from the dead, etc.
The only point he argued was that Horus was not born of a virgin mother. That point just depends on which site you look at. Some say he was, some say he wasn't, but out of all of the similar points, you'd think there would be more arguing than just that one point! (Keep in mind the story of Horus was roughly 3000 years before Jesus)
So are a lot of the points fact based? It depends on where you look I'd guess, but for the most part I'd say yes (my opinion).
Edit: The video I watched is a few posts up that argues those religious points. He brings up very weak points in my opinion and just doesn't appear to be terribly credible. Maybe it's his constant rocking in his chair or chronic use of the word, "Umm".

I mean any knowledge is good knowledge it helps to widen perspectives on things. Theres one thing i found convincing is that there is no way jet fuel could of caused these pillars to loose there integrity. The fuel tanks were'nt even full. An those perfectly angular cuts at the base of the pillars ? I don't think anyone can explain them.

I'm only getting sound no picture. I've tried Opera and Firefox and IE. Anyone comp savey know what pluggin I need to see the movie?
