Idiots at sporting events...

Now, I have played in quite a few semi-pro hockey games, and I always heard the fans either booing me, or cheering me on. During a game, it never bothers me though. But, whenever I go to a football game, baseball or hockey game, it freaking drives me nuts to listen to all the drunken idiots yelling like someone cares what they are saying.

Like tonight, I was at a baseball game, I have my oldest daughter with me, and some just turned 21 morons are yelling and cussing and spilling beer all around us. The worst part is, I can tell my daughter is uncomfortable with all of this. I know, its a sporting event and people act like this, but does anyone else ever have the urge to just get up and start punching necks and breaking kneecaps?

and if you say something they try to start shit .... then once a confrontation starts .... and your a bigger guy you will get roid rage comments.... Hopefully, you daughter will just learn from this to see what alcohol affects the body and stay away from it.....

My wife was there too, and she could tell I was about to snap. I was already ticked off because I had just paid $4 for a bottled water, then they charged me $4.50 for an empty cup to share the water with my daughter.... (should have just bought another water). And since like you said, when you are a bigger guy, they wanna try and be cool by talking to you, so they are trying to high five me and stuff, so I just stare at them.... wow, I just wanted to beat them

i am usually the guy yelling shit, being kinda drunk, spillin shit, trying to pick up girls, but, when ever i look around and see a family in my section i always tone it down and if my friends start i tell them to smarten up...we will move if we wanna get into it and get right outta it, but usually we just calm down a bit...if those guys dont have enough consideration i think you should say something...i have done it to kids in a movie theater and they though i was jokin so i stood up, and they switched theaters....just be polite about it and dont take the "its my way or else" attitude and they might understand and respect ya, if not stab em in the eye with a corn dog....just my 2 cents

well you eat the corn dog first so you dont waste it, or just use a stick of the ground and get em.....up to you really...but isnt your daughter worth the 5.75 to stab someone in the eye....c'mon...
