Guys who pack cooler lunches for work (without microwave)

What do you pack for your typical days lunch ?

I am forced to eat cold so i normally pack:

couple chicken breast (cooked day before)
    brown rice
    some greens
shake for PWO shake (workout on lunch break)

then i have sunflower seeds/peanuts as snacks throughout the day.

I always pack my lunch. Alot of guys i work with eat fast food every day. Bringing my own lunch keeps me away from doing that!

haha i suppose. ive been doin it for 2 years. its so damn easy and convenient. summers are easily the easiest time to eat clean since im working 11 hour days and i can eat every 2.5 hours. so i just eat a breast and a few oz of sweet tater. when i have a moment to sit i can eat some broccoli too. crystal lite and some diet soda to drink.

this is what i do. simple and easy. i stop at a store on my way to work. i pick up a pound of roast beef and 1/4 of cheese and i just eat it through out the day. if iam trying to lose weight i just roll up the beef in the cheese. if not i buy two rolls and just make giant sandwiches

i ALWAYS eat tuna at work... i have enough time for two meals... they're both tuna and oats...
i just run hot water in my oats, and let them sit while i eat the tuna. By the time i'm finished with the tuna, the oats are soft enough to eat.

    ROAST BEEF ( 100g or 3.5 ounces ) 28 grams
1 lb = 16 0unces so it is over 100 grams of protein and than if you add in the protein for the cheese, probably estimating it at about 150 grams of protein btwn the combo

no more than regular beef and not the kind i get. i get to a special store that sells it as rare as possible with very little fat. also if i dont eat the bread, i drop body weight quick when eating the roast beef.in 2 wks i droped from 220 to 208lbs mainly eating roast beef
