Win Or Go Home Time
It's that time of year, the NBA playoffs are about to begin this weekend. So I'm making this thread for all NBA playoff discussions.
My team, of course the LA Lakers , the teams I'm worried about is the Spurs of course since they are the reigning champs and they play at a higher level in the playoffs more so than any other team. The Suns I'm kind of scared of as well, it would be a nice Kobe/Shaq rivalry. And then Boston which I fear we will lose to if we make it that far. But that would be really nice too. Lakers/Celtics rivalry again.

An amazing Suns/Spurs game today, double overtime are you kidding me. Awesome game, Duncan hits his first 3 of the year!! to tie the game with a few seconds left. Anyway crazy games today as well as the Cavs/Wizards with all that trash talking and near fight. It's the most exciting playoffs I have seen for a long time. Here is the latest....
Lakers tomorrow, if we lose I might lock myself in my house for the day.

Where are you basketball fans! This thread sucks . What else can you ask for game 7 today for the Celtics, what a game that will be. Lakers play Utah today also for the start of the second round.

Everyone knows how terrible the East Coast is....but after seeing the Celtics pushed into a game 7 BY THE HAWKS...then I have to say that ANY TEAM IN THE WEST WILL SMOKE BOSTON

Previous to this series I thought Boston was going to be the Champs....I hope it is anybody but the Spurs.

the celtics are crushing the hawks right now.
up by 36, start of the 4th.

Yes they are crushing the Hawks but they should have taken them in 4. I am disappointed that Houston didn't make it further along with the Mavs...Spurs suck.
At this point I would like to see the Lakers face Boston in the finals.

yeah, hawks put up a fight.
gotta give them credit for that.
As long as Spurs and Pistons end up losing somewhere, Im happy
lol I cant stand those 2 teams
Boston and LA would be a killer finals series.

The Hawks looked like crap today. I was hoping for a good game seven.

I think the NBA has realized that everyone wants to see hardcore playoff basketball so they letting the teams play a little rough like the old days.
The Spurs just flip flop on the floor like fish out of water.
I wish basketball was like the old of The Bulls, Lakers and Celtics

You want the NBA to be hardcore and like the old days yet you don't mention the Pistons? Come on!
Those were the days when it was Pistons, Lakers, Celtics. The Bulls era was a few years later when they dominated but weren't really known for being "hardcore".

This is what you will see in June
-
alright, hornets !!!!! 2-0 against spurs
did anyone see the pistons and magic game 2? Man, magic got robbed. The three shouldnt of counted, and the flop by hamilton at the end.... bunch of bs
-
^ Got robbed? The points shouldn't have counted..yes. The Magic came back in the 4th and took the lead by 4 then they choked by running bad plays and throwing up horrid shots. To say they got robbed is a stretch.
PS: Go Pistons!

30 minutes to Lakers/Jazz game 3. Interesting piece on ESPN right now about Fishers return to Utah and when he was booed really hard after leaving Utah to come to LA for his daughters cancer.
