    Inspirational Members

    Thought it might be a good idea to show off some of our members damn hard work!

    I can think of 3 members off the top of my head that have worked there balls off to loose weight and build some decent muscle.

    I'm ganna PM them and ask there permission to list them in this thread so noob's can be directed here to show hard work DOES pay off.

    You should start the thread for the members who help other members...dont u think its a good idea?
