I'm sure this has been done before, but I just bought an iPod & need to put together some playlists so I'm gonna do it again...

Post the top 5 workout songs you listen to that keep you pumped while lifting.

If you listen to different music while you run/cardio/etc. post that up too, just specify what your list is for lifting or cardio. (I know I like different music while I run than when I lift)

Hmmm, this is harder than I originally thought..... I usually cycle through anything by Pantera, Sepultura, and Cannible Corpse, and sometimes Slayer. I am old school I guess.
