So im starting to think its just me. Doesnt matter how pumped I am or if im lifting I dont have any veins. maybe like 2 slight raised veins under the skin in my arms. im beween 12 & 13%. my buddy is like 15% and looks like he pumped air into the lines! both of us natty. will I ever get em?
Being vascular is partly a genetic thing. have you tried any no2 products?

How long you been lifting for? I didnt have shit for vascularity until just recently and I've been lifting awhile
6 years experiance. been heavy for last 2 years. what your bf d-unit? or did that not effect you? you natty besides basic sup?
I took Superpump250 for awhile along with creatine and BCAA's. No AAS though. My BF is probably about 15%... I lost some fat and that helped, but just seemed to slowly get more vascular over time. Really just started to notice in the last few months. I really think the SuperPump made a difference.
I dont care what people say about basic supps not doing much... that shit gave me such good pumps and focus (and diahrreah for awhile, haha) that I would reccomend it to anyone.
genetics- could depend where your body stores its fat as well, he might have a higher body fat but might deposit it more around his stomach whereas you will store all over.
drop down to 8% bodyfat and you will be very vascular.

i'm always getting the "holy shit, look at your veins!".....i've got low body fat, and i'm not huge in regards to muscle....i'm looking at my forearms as i type and the veins are just bulging out lol....been like this since i was a kid
nice, when i was in highschool (tall and lean) i was super low bf and didnt have them. im starting to realize that I dont think I will ever see em
