silly but simple question
yes, i have this simple question at back of my mind but it is altogether silly: how do u define strength from a roid use perspective? is it the ability to lift beyond your normal weight tolerance or is it the rigidness of how u feel your body;s muscle is, or is it even both or neither ??? any better answers will be welcome!!!

strength from a bodybuilding perspective to me is just the ability to life more weight than was possible naturally.
