    new job

    well guys im trying to better myself finally. i quit my old job and got a new job so i could attempt college. i was supposed to be driving a cherrypicker at my new job but they stuck my in recieveing instead. i work only 3 days a week but 12hour shifts and all i do for 12 hours is unload air conditioners or lawnmowers by hand. i am totally fatigued at the end of each day and for 2 days after. i feel like any weight lifting i do will be over training. im so aggrivated i dont no what to do lifting is everything to me but i no i need to go back to school as well. sry had to vent

    well, you are building endurance, and strengthening your tendons and ligaments, so look for the positive.. eating is the most important..

    So do what ya got to do to get to the goals you have set for yourself.. school is a goal, or a means to an end..
