    Sex before the gym

    I have this policy that I don't like to have sex (ejaculate) before going to the gym on days that I go. I feel it drains me of strength and energy, also motivation. Am I the only one?..................BTW I broke my policy today and its gonna suck tonight.

    ^^I tried that near the end with an Ex... Was an early morning workout.

    Gym was empty at the time.

    We really didn't take it all the way though.. cus after a point there's no stopping lol.

    If we had gotten caught, the gym owner would've had to wait til it was over.
