either w8 untill its on dvd or download it...

btw its about this couple (liv taylor and i think tweeter from varsity blues) the guy proposed and she turned it down (you have to kinda guess about this) and they are about to do it when a knock comes at the door... yeah... thats all i'm gonna say i dont want to spoil it.... for those who watch it...

what was dumb? it had really no ending, they did a GREAT job building it up, but then completely failed to deliver... really really weak... i guess the only thing is that it was based on a true story, and that might be why... still.... not enough of a story line to have a complete story

I see.... kinda like the old movie "Last House on the Left", disturbing movie, crazy all the way through, but the end didn't live up to the rest of it, kinda anti-climactic IMO

I hate the shocker type movies! I mean c'mon...we know it's coming, it's only a movie and yet...we still chew our nails and sit at the edge of our seats and perform the obligatory jump at the appropriate time. Those movies make us look like pussies!!!! LOL

That movie I was talking about, Last House on the Left, not a jump out and get ya movie, it was just plain disturbing. Some of it was just a little too real life, while it did have its crazy moments, but man.... I have always had a tendency of rooting for the bad guys in movies, but not in this one...

I dont like horror movies, but it was pretty decent I thought. Pretty scary and its a little different from the rest. Worth seeing in the theatre? Probably not. Too many people talking ruin scary movies for me. I wanted to fight like half the audience by the end.

  25. #25
I went and saw it last night with my girl and once it was finally getting towards the end the movie theater lost power and it stopped. (Right after she's hiding in the closet)

We got a refund and have to go back now to see it again

From what I did see, it was very suspensful, but after a while started dragging a little. What I do like about movies like this is that I can relate to the characters and always put myself in their situation. The movie does tease you a lot, but there are also a lot of scenes that make u jump from your seat. I can't comment on the picture as a whole though, since i did not see the ending, which can make or break a movie like this.

I'll let you guys know when i see the rest of it.

It had plenty of scenes that made me jump, (well made everyone jump), but the end blew it for me as well.

Those movies aren't even scary just morbid and stupid. They sell off shock value.

So I finally went back last night and saw the rest of the movie.

I liked the ending as well. I know the movie has gotten pretty bad reviews, but I enjoyed it.

(I like the type of movies that don't answer EVERY question you have, and let you draw some of your own conclusions.)

LOL thanks. Best character on that show. Followed closely behind by "Fire Marshal Bill" and "Homey the Clown"

I thought the movie wasn't bad. They did a good job of making you very uneasy through out the entire film and it definitely made me jump at some parts. The ending isn't what most people are used to seeing, but they may be why some people didn't like it.
