Lowering Blood Pressure (Diet & Supps) ASAP

Okay, so I'm pretty upset right, mainly with myself. But heres the deal.
I went to the doc to schedule my gyno surgery. Everything went smoothly, except my blood pressure.
The doc won't ok the surgery, until I go to another doc and get the ok from them.
The first time they took it, it was high. Then I insisted on them using a bigger cuff. They did. It came to 150/85. Which isn't even crazy high. The doc even said so, he just wanted to get it checked at another doc and get the ok.
So, I couldn't schedule my surgery, and I'm just upset with prolonging it more.

So now my question comes to the title. How quickly can you lower your blood pressure, assuming everything is spot on?

I know the whole, low sodium diet, fruit & veggies, etc.
But, are certain fruits geared towards lowering blood pressure?
    What supplements can I take?
I just need to know what foods/supplements to take.
I'm about to start searching myself.
    Thanks for the help guys.

bananas, b complex, wheat grass, barley grass, I hae had similar situations KYRO green is a good green supp with the grasses, taste like grass. Seems to have helped. Also a little meditation, my girlfriend forced it on me and it helped as well.

    lol actually she was smoking!

I mean, I get a little nervous anyways (White coat syndrome I believe they call it), but thats the top number, which they didn't care much. They said the bottom number was a tad iffy.

But yeah, she was hot and we flirted a bit lol. She was like 40, but plastic surgery is a great thing haha

His collection of pictures is quite amazing, as for the high potassium diet I have heard it is good especially for active adults, but not an expert.
