    Talking When to take Cialis?

    When do people find it most effective to take this little helper.
    Earlier on in the day, or like 1 hr before activity?
    (Or maybe 20mg earlier, and 20mg before activity)

    30-45min prior...with water and an asprin...increases blood flow to the head and face as well...
