    Whats the worst tasting suppliment?

    I just bought this twinlab amino fuel crap. Normally nothing phases me in terms of flavor, so I opened it up and took a swig rather nonchalantly. It was worse then a shot of Evan Williams. I can only describe the flavor as 'shit flavored applesauce'.

    BCAAs are definitely the worst. Optimum Nutrition's BCAA 5000 Powder is terrible. Has to be mixed with something that has a strong flavor and even than it's still terrible.

    a liquid horse vitamin i use is nasty. even after you get it down, when you burp it burns and stinks, and the taste comes back. when you fart, it burns and stinks. the name of this is "tutlles 747" it's a mixture of vitamins, minerails and amnio acids. i recommend it highly and the best thing is, its only 15 bucks a gallon.

    gonna have to agree on the unflavoured bcaa's. i mix 5 or so grams in my 1 liter water bottle. it just tastes a bit like ass all the way through that water.
