    Need to eat

    I know how we are all dedicated to eating lots of good food.
    But do you guys ever feel like just not eat a meal. I mean i'm suppose to be eating 3 eggs fish and rice right now and i just don't feel like eating anything. What do you guys do to get over it and stuff your selves.

    Bro we all feel like that sometimes, i try to get over it and stuff myself but then i just feel ill and cant eat later on so what i do is taper down my dietly a little to something i can eat at that moment in time but try not skip a meal as that the most important thing imo as a little wavering from the quality of food at the time i'm feeling like you do isnt going to effect me in the long run but still keeps up my routine of x amount meals a day as long as im careful not too make it a regular thing which is very hard too do

    i get sick of eating all the time. nothing you can do about it but force yourself to eat it because your body needs it to grow

    yea, just stuffed it down. Fish rice with lemon juice on it. Now to put down the eggs and toast.

    If you select the right portions you will be hungry in the next 2 hours after a meal. The problem is when you stuff too much down too fast.

    i didnt feel like eating after my workout last night,

    beef stroganoff with double beef lol, i ate half of it though ..

    For a normal person that may be true, but probably not for someone who is eating excess calories.

    I used to have the same problem, but i remember something BIG said that changed my mentality & helped me out alot.

    It was something along the lines of;

    "i can't remember the last time i was hungry, i just set my alarm for every 2 hours & eat.."

    it's so true bro, i honestly am rarely hungry anymore, just try force yourself to eat as much as you can.

    Funny thing is I don't really ever feel hungry any more.I eat several times throughout the day, when I let too much time pass between meals my body gets all shaky and shit. I eat cause I have to not because I necessarily want to.

    Depends what your eating i have alwyas loved eating and always will.

    It helps i was big as a kid and am still getting bigger.

    I will alwyas love food i just have to control it.

    I am so glad i have started to love good, proper, and cooked clean foods. I Just limit when i go on a diet otherwise im always over 3000 k a day.

    Thanks everyone, i see everyone's mind set and attitude and will try to adjust mine. Every 2 hours huh. Guess it's time to eat.

    Depending on calorie intake, goals and free time, every three hours should be fine.

    eating all the time keeps me very busy... I used to go out alot now the last year or so when I became really serious about lifting my time consumes of eating. The guy I work out with said it like this what you did yesterday will effect today when it comes to weight training.. pretty true....

    very true. hardly any meals i eat are because im hungry.
