How do u take your pills.

I hated taking pills and as they kept pilling up i started taking them in one sip.
I now take 16 pills together (animal pak + other supps). Am i the only one who does this coz my friends all look at me wierd when i take them all.

lol, thats a lot of pills. i take a melatonin at night and thats it right now.

I know what you mean, I take Animal Pump and my multi and my prescrip all together and its a whole mouthful. Sometimes my gag reflex kicks in and I almost spit them all back up. But yeah I know what ya mean!

2 multi's in the moring
1 flaxseed morning

1 flaxseed with dinner and im done.
