How do u take your pills.

I hated taking pills and as they kept pilling up i started taking them in one sip.
I now take 16 pills together (animal pak + other supps). Am i the only one who does this coz my friends all look at me wierd when i take them all.

I know what you mean, I take Animal Pump and my multi and my prescrip all together and its a whole mouthful. Sometimes my gag reflex kicks in and I almost spit them all back up. But yeah I know what ya mean!
