It's him. You can tell by the tattoo on the inside of his arm. And it looks like his face.
I can believe he would lose interest in the bodybuilding world, but I'm surprised he would make fun of his former self like that.

I agree. I don't think many would begrudge him for that body if he was carrying it around with dignity and all. But that video makes him look like a total toolshed and just glorifies a "Fall" rather then a lifestyle change. Weird choice.
