I just got my arse kicked...
...in spinning (cycling) class. 45 minutes high intensity class. Thinking about doing the class a couple times a week or more cause I feel so damn good after. Could be too high of intensity so I'll be watching my LBM to make sure I'm not losing too much. Anyone else do the organized spinning classes?

Dude I did Yoga once... I walked in like a big tuff guy, wife beater and all and man....F***ing pain bro...lol... I could not do that shit. I bet you burn some serious cals spinning

we use to have those same kind of classes at my gym...It was funny when people use to come out of those......they looked dead tired and some were ready to through up.

Yeah spinning is very intesne and does feel amazing after. But it definatley gets your heart rate up a little too high for way too long for my goals. Luckily one of the instructors at my gym isnt a comlete moron. So he does one called, "Steady and Sweaty," (Yeah i know pretty fvckin gay) But he makes sure that everyone stays in the endurance zone for the full 50 minutes. Its perfect.

Yeah, if your HR is in the right zone thats all that matters. I just tend to get too competitive when I get in there, I always plan on going at my own pace, but then I see all these moms busting ass and I refuse to be outdone by middle age women, lol.

hahaha man spin class is what brought out my calves actually, took it for couple weeks 4 times a week and droped some bf also
