Tastiest protein shake ever...seriously....no really....read this..

I've been here longer than 95% of the people who continue to post so those who know me know i dont make uninformative posts


So i started training @ a new Gym for a short time....the kind where legends are made......50x50 box.....dingy..concrete floors......a real gym for lifters.
The guy sold post protein drinks that he let you mix yourself.
Never got one until my frined paid for it becaseu it just sounded gross....but it is by far the best thing ive ever drank...it ALMOST taste like something from Ornage Julious.
GATORADE RAIN...and EAS vanilla protein..yeah i'm not kidding.
MY favorite is Gatorade Rain Lime and i mix it with EAS vanilla protein.
I shit you not...it taste like liquid key lime pie.
And mixes absolutley perfectly w/ no floaties of any kind.
The Rain berry is aslo really good.
Gatorade AM w/ the vanilla protein is oh so glorious..
Give it a shot...it sounds gross but i promise you its better than anything you've mixed before.

I havent tried any other types of protein but the Rain is absolutely wonderfull

I usually use the 20oz gatorade and put in 3 scoops of protein...making it about a 75 gram shake.
Sometimes i also buy the 64oz gatorade rain, take about 12 oz out and put in 9-10 scoops and sip on it all day long......that yileds me a great shake and 250 grams of whey for the day........any more scoops than that and its too thick for my prefrence.

been there, done that. i think i have pretty much mixed protien with anything liquid. well not ketchup yet.

bag of frozen mixed dole fruit, vanilla protein, %1 milk.

or, i just found bio-x chocolate peanut swirl.... do that with ice, milk, lots of all natural peanut butter....

dude i started mixing protein with gatorade too its awesome. i do strawberry ON protein and orange gatorade

here is the best one I have ever had in my life

frozen bannas, frozen strawberries, apple juice all blended up in a blender....then you put it in a gigantic ass cup or water bottle......then, dump in a couple of scoops of bannana muscle milk......the powder clumps together and actually tastes like pie.....its blows my mind and rocks my socks off every single time.

I once blended tuna, wasn't a good idea...
