    Question re: Job Recomendation

A friend of mine I havent talked to in a while is using some internet service to find a job and I got an email from a company saying he used me for a reference.

Im just staring at this thing because it wants me to type basicly a little sales pitch on why my friend is so awesome. Problem is, I have worked with my father my whole life and am an unarticulate dipshit. I have never had to apply for a job that wasnt a fuvkin movie rental/pizza buffet.

You guys are business savy. Anyone know of a quick few words that doesnt make me sound like Bill/Ted/Beavis/Wayne/Garth/Butthead/cheech/chong when I recommend him OR know of some good sites related to this crap for my future reference?

Im sure I could come up with something, but I have become dependant on you fuc*ers. You're all just so damned smart. You guys have all the answers.
