Windows Exchange Server 2003
My company uses a Windows Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003/2007 for email, etc. Are emails sent between two people inside the domain stored anywhere on the server besides in the inbox and sent items of the receiver and sender?
Obviously, both sender and receiver can delete the emails and they appear to be removed from the server, but are they still accessible elsewhere after they have been deleted (from inbox AND deleted items) in each users email account?
If it helps to know, I have full Admin access to my server.
If you know, please let me know.
Thanks!

If you are using "Cached Exchange Mode" then all emails will be kept on the server. Your question is kinda vague to.

If your asking if deleted emails can be recovered, they can for a period established on the server.
