    Help !!!

    wife left 3 year ago, 2 kids still get to see them, met new girl 2 year ago every thig perfect,nowshe has gone, cant seem to deal with this anymore, was put in insitute a year back for cutting myself, dont seem to matter what i do or where i go cant get this feeling out my head that everyone would be better off with out me here. just about getting through the day, dont want to be locked up again,laying there of a night with somone watching you making sure you dont cut again. am opening my heart to you all out there need to tell someone. please help!!!
