ok, you may want to confirm this with others if this would be ok or not.....

but I have a buddy that got pretty ****ed up on some off topics....he had side effects long after he quit......and it was panick anxiety attacks for him....he said a little bit of alcohol (beer) will calm you down....

alcohol like you already may know makes you just not give a ****. people that suffer from panick and anxiety often carry around a flask. alcohol with release neurotransmitters that will calm your ass down.

if you think it may be a legitimate bad **n to drugs, you may want to ask someone more knowledgible if thats ok. Just hang in there, everything willl be ok in a little bit.....

I had a panick attack where I thought I was going to die once....I thought I was in the process of having a heart attack. It was all just in my head

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO RIGHT NOW IS REMAIN CALM. try to get a handle over yourself. you want to keep stress and adrenaline low. do that if its not to late

Get away from or remove any of your stressors that are currently surrounding you whether it be people or objects. And honestly, if you don't have xanax, valium or ativan...drink a beer or two. I used to get them on a pretty frequent basis. Sometimes I would just have to pretty much drug myself to sleep. If you have any night time medicine or nyquil...take it.
You will need to see a Dr soon to get a script for some anti-anxiety meds. Good luck

Bro are you prone to panic attacks....also if you are short of breath and your blood pressure feels low.....GET YOUR ASS TO A HOSPITAL!!!!!

Seriously man better safe than sorry. And if everything checks out and they say it is a panic attack then they will be able to give you the proper medication to help you.

The last thing you want to listen to is some fellow members telling you to drink a beer when all they know about you is a thread that you started. I say get to a doctor.

Forget all the drugs forget everything. Been through it many times and in the worst ways and today I'm free of it.

Only thing you have to do is not care. That's it. That is all there is to it. You already even said you know you have to ride it out. So you know nothing is gonna happen and whether it's in your head or not or whether your body chemicals have gone haywire, who cares. Just know it's gonna go away soon and don't care about it. Even if you think you are on the verge of death just know deep down nothings gonna happen so f.u.c.k. it. The sooner you accept nothings gonna happen and just stop caring about the symptoms it goes away. Nowadays if I ever feel one coming on I get rid of it within 30 seconds and I'm done. I don't know how else to explain it.

Panic Attacks are absolutely scary. Remember no one has ever died from a panic attack. I have had a few. It was as if my longs shut down and I could breath, I woke of in the middle of the night with my heart pounding thinking it was over. THey are scary but they those who wrote before me are right alot of it is mental. So take it on and you will overcome. If this does not work modern medicine has come a long ways and will do the trick..

This shit is different for everyone.

Your not some replicated version of everyone else in this world so I'll omit from spewing some garbage that most likely won't relate.

I can't sit here and tell you the volumes I've read about panic & anixety disorders and what causes them.
I can't tell you to 'stop thinking'. Because even if your mind does, your body could care less.
I specifically battled panic disorder (not anxiety attacks) for 6 years. I tried xanax, valium, klonopin, paxil, zoloft, etc.

And I gave up on meds.
You are saying you're taking a substance foriegn to your body, so my first obvious recommendation would be STOP.
Especially if you've noticed a pattern of taking it and getting the attacks.

But thats only IF it bothers you that much.
Mine bothered me into a voluntary coma.

In all, something like this needs to be discussed with a GOOD pscyhotherapist first, than a psychiatrist.
People love to act like professionals but in reality if the shit becomes an issue see a fvckn professional.

Yes have been prone to them for years...Have not had one for about 1 1/2 years...I am prescribed xanax on an as needed basis, it usually just sits and collects dust. Feeling a lot better now, I took my BP, it was 122/86 and heart rate was fine...This one just knocked me off my game because I haven't had one in so long..

I had one of these not long to long ago. The doctor i saw said: to first realise that your having a panic or anxiety attack try and distract yourself or talk to someone. i just went to bed lol . worked for me

You have my sympathy mate. This is torture.

Had a few myself, feel like i am suffocating and about to die.

The only thing that sorta works for me is to try and distract my mind with anything radical. Even jumped into a swimming pool once fully clothed in the middle of winter. That worked.

couple of years ago i have a real bad panic attack. I was actually on the same iranian enath and finaplex. I had broke up with my girl who i darely luved and i was going through some ruff times. I was seating in my car then all the sudden it hit, my chest started hearting i was breathing very heavy i start getting dizzy, i though i was dieing to be honest. it happend another time in a car when i was with a few friends my chest started hearting and i got a panic attack. I got out the car and punched out all the car windows. I've noticed it has only happend when i was under stress and it has never happend under normal circumstances and as far as juice goes its only gasoline for the fire.
