    My Neighbour

    So I am putting up a new fence. Its a brand new house and need a fence and I have freaking 5 neighbors. 4 of them agree to pay for their side of the fence except one. The lady lives out of city and she is renting the place. So I am pissed cause I have to cough up 200$ extra.

    I am looking for the ideas . I am thinking painting fence pink on her side....Any other SANE ideas?

    well you could paste the fence over with pics of naked chicks. well i dont think the town ship will like that. maybe paint it so that it looks like puke or shit.

    or cover it a shitload of spikes and impale a bunch of barbie doll heads all over the fence. that would be cool.

    I agree. Also what if she cant afford it. Plus she rents and isnt their all the time. It will be on your property and makes your value go up. Why should they pay for that. What if they dont like the style you pick

    I had my old neighbors pay for their sides of the fence. but I also threatened them with a baseball bat so it helped my case a bit (joking) but they did pay for their sides of the fence. Trust me i hadf a house once and just built a fence, then the other neighbors built off of it for theirs and it sort of pisssed me off, you dont realize it until it happens, its like WTF did I have to pay 5k for when they just saved 400$?? so i learned my lesson. The replies are funny as hell som far though, I like the spiked barby doll heads idea. But fuk spite bro, it will spoil your soul like nothing else and you never win either you will always wish you didnt have a pink fence with a cock painted on it spewing jizz on impaled barby doll heads smeared with dog crap and baby vomit.

    OK thats how it goes.....you share a property line...correct?
    Then you build the fence you alternate sides. One side is "full" and one is empty.
    Also If I dont do it that way then question arises that "hey how come we didnt get a full side"?

    Question " you could have told us and we would share."

    This is common in the US in developments...A fencing company will give the neighbors a discount if they all get them together, they get a bulk discount. Typically, when it comes to building the fence along the property line, the neighbors SPLIT the cost of that portion of fencing 50/50...... No one caught onto this yet? Christ....

    its different were your from because when i put mine up i had to stay 18'' from the property line which pissed me off. my neighbor just got a free 18'' of grass to cut because i only cut to the fence
