Does anyone know where to find any good videos or what it takes to be a professional bodybuilder and what they go through on a daily basis?

Raising the Bar is a good video. I can't remember the name of the bodybuilder, but it shows his entire preparation for a contest. You can find it on youtube.

Thanks! The bodybuilder's name is Dave Pulcinella. IN addition to showing the contest prep the video tells a real story. It's not a training video but more like a documentary.
