What kind of surgery?? Usually, a doc will insist on ceasing test injections at least a month prior to surgery because of the RBC rise from test, although I don't think it's because it will slow down the healing process. In fact, it should speed it up a bit if anything I think.

im under the impression it would help with healing. specifically rbc count, immune system function (on deca perhaps). not totally sure though

surgery would be for a vasectomy and removal of a cist

All surgeries have some degree of risk. If I’m not mistaken the most common risks in minor surgeries are issues with anesthesia and bleeding out. I don’t think anyone here is qualified to advise you on how test would affects risks. If I where you I would ask your surgeon or stop. If I where me Id be like f**k it.
