Tossing my juice on account of high blood pressure...

This is quite possibly the hardest move I have ever had to make, but tommorow I am going to kick the AAS/HGH/IGF-1 lifestyle. I am tossing my gear in the garbage on account that I have been suffering from chronic high blood pressure for quite some time. I am not trying to steer anybody away from juice, what you do is your personal choice and I am not your daddy. This is just my confession and my way of saying adios amigos. I am now 27 and have been on AAS/prohormones since 2001. I have made considerable strength gains, but I am still a tubby as I never disciplined myself enough to follow a strict diet. I am currently engaged and my fiance is scheduled to move in within a month, and there is no way in heck I could get away with doing AAS behind her back or with her knowing about my use. She is a nurse/health science major and it just wouldn't slide. I attribute my HBP to genetics (both of my parents have hbp), excessive caffeine, a pesky tire around my mid-section and of course AAS. I can't control my genetics but I can control the other three. In short, I think juice is the ultimate and nothing compares to being jacked and tearing your way through a workout and then coming home and busting a huge testosterone fueled nut in your woman's guts!!! Nothing, I say, NOTHING!!! Alas, it is time to give all that up and move on, I just wanted to keep say kicking butt and long live the members of steroid.com!!! You will be missed.

Im afraid i may be on the same road. somewhat. although from your post and my sympathy... im dropping caffiene and high sodium foods along with getting a good cardio regimen in line. Also no heavy cycles either.

After rehab from a 2 year crystal addiction i wanted to gain some weight becuase i was 115lbs max at 16 yrs old. Then the fatigue was so bad it was hard to eat or train along with smoking cigs and massive caffiene consumption. abused orals to hell untill halfway through 17 yrs old only to come to 155-160lbs. a month after my last run of SD my BP was 180 over 120-130. now barely 19 i got it down to 120 over 70 thank god.

Try dieting, cardio, BP supplements, and cutting caffiene for a few years and if you get things back to good, consider a test only cycle at 500mgs/wk or less if you Really want man. but cut the caffiene asap. Ive learned that only a cup of coffee in the morning and b4 something i really need to get done gets me through the day. then down to a cup in the morning only, then EOD for a month, then no more and viola!

    End rant lol

I had a longer run with that crap. I wasn't able to start putting on weight honestly till 3-4 years after. Your metabolism will go back to normal, than it will actually slow down slower than normal. (well *may go to slower than normal)
And now I have a problem losing weight lol. Just stick to a healthy lifestyle and sometimes it can take time.

My receptors are fresh now and i can feel happy again so i dont really give a shit about my metabolism at this point LMAO.

But to the thread poster. Dont take my comment as trying to push juice on you later down the road, if you cant then you cant dont risk ya old lady for it. just know that its not the end of the world. life without juice is ... ok too :P jk

Wow, thanx so for the support so far. Yeah, I thought about putting it on the back burner for awhile and then cycling in the future when I get my crap together and lower my hbp, but we will just have to see. I have got potential, heck we all do, and I have come a long, long ways, I just haven't crossed my eyes and dotted my t's like I should have been doing all along. You don't ever leave the darkside, it will always suck you back in, just ask Luke Skywalker. LOL!!! I am prolly going to go natty for some time and I am really excited to have my fiance move in because she is really going to help me out with my diet and making sure I stick to my meals. Furthermore, I am not intending on selling anything. I have a decent little personal stash, but nothing worth taking any risk over or violating board rules. When I say am tossing my gear, it is to be taken metaphorical as well as literal, a symbol if you will of kicking the habit. Just like a smoker crushing his last pack of smokes.

Probably wouldn't have the blood pressure problems (or at least as bad) if you kept your weight in check. Just sayin'... good luck to you!
