serious question

i was in the shower lathering up with soap and i fell a little lump on my breast bone it is small like a pimple and its hard, no pain and theres a smaller one diagonal to it. its right at the bottom of the pecs and like dead center on the breast bone, anyone else have this or know anything about it?

seriously you just think im freaking out i had the same thing on my back and they told me it was a fatty tumor everyone gets them on there ribs and stuff but not sure about on the breastbone???

Men gong through puberty (not sure your age) can develop a small lump behind the nipple which is normal and goes away on its own.

Without going to a doctor we can't really be sure.

im 23 bro and its between the pecs right smack in the middle on top of the bone, its like a big pimple but cant be popped

no not yet just wondering if im allright, cant see it in a pic its small i cant see it in the mirror i accidentally found it, not red or painful or anything bad tumors are painful and grow more rapidly i believe its the same size as it was when i found it maybee even alittle smaller, the one on my back shrunk right down when i started cutting and lost bf% its kinda purplish under the skin though
