Pete, I was with you, right up until Vin Diesel. He is a f*ckin' clown. Did you see XXX? He looks like the average guy in the gym. He can't be any bigger than 5'10" and 185 lbs.

Vin Diesel is just an average guy in the gym but compared to the physique's of most movie stars, his is impressive.

I saw Vin Diesel on Letterman the other night. He looks like a healthier than most kind of dude that hits the iron, but he is not swole.

For the average joe that looks good . I am going with Vin and Michael Duncan Clarke.

For an actual movie star..I'd have to say Demi Moore. She still looks terrific, is very athletic, (check out this month's People mag), and is over 40! Wow!

I'd have to agree with you Babyweight- Demi Moore is still incredible even over age 40.

I'd like to look like Carl Weathers, because I'll probably be around his height when I'm fully grown. I'm amazed with Dolph Lundren's physique, being that he has this huge height disadvantage, yet he looks so incredibely impressive. How does he do it?

oh yeah, forgot about him! he looked a bit too skinny in enter the dragon...he was getting old and what not. but damn, when he was younger, he was a bit thicker with crazy muscle sticking out every which way. i'm still gunna stick with wanting to look like van damme...chicks dig that look, right?

Micheal Clarke Duncan is a monster!! He is playing the villian "Kingpin" in the upcoming "Daredevil" movie starring Ben Affleck. In the original comics Kingpin was a massive bald white man...it's nice to see a little artistic license being taken in the latest adaptation. Funny story, MCD stands 6'5" and at his heaviest for a film (The Green Mile) he weighed close to 300lbs! He then began to eat better and add some cardio and was down to a svelt 275lbs, he said he could actually see the beginning of his abs

But for his latest role they said he was too small....so he has now trained and eaten his way up to 330lbs to play the massivly muscular gangster!!

What about Ving Rhames, hasn't he done two boxing movies lately and got into great shape?

Nic Cage in ConAir, he was in shape for that, and Ed Norton put on some size for American HistoryX, though he lost it all soon enough.

Most of these "beach bod" actors are alot smaller in real life.

Can't really aspire to look like that.......no size LOL

i like micheal duncan clarke in Armageddon when he is dancing on the table after the nurse told him his cholesterol was high or something .One of the best shows ever imo.i like vin diesel as well. nicolas cage in kiss of death ,he was jacked if i can recall .

What about the actor that was latimer in the movie "the program" awesome football movie. he had a nice build.

bruce lee wasn't getting old in enter the dragon, he wasn't sleeping very well and was having very bad migraines. he also lost alot of color during the end of his life...very pale. kinda funny saying he was old, 31 is old? fighting machine til the day he died, untouchable!
