    Don't have to sign up for anything, just goto where it says Download and to the left there should be a Text box and just put whatever letters its says to the left of that and click download and then wait 45 seconds and you can start the download.

    I feel somewhat skeptical about the link. Who has actually downloaded from that link and gotten a legit version of the documentary?

    After you clicked download did it take you to another page and did you see a timer at the lower part of the page? Once it counts down all the way you can click the download button.

    You don't play the .rar file, its a compressed file just like .zip. Download Winrar from http://rarsoft.com/download.htm install it and that will allow you to open the .rar file and the movie will be inside that file. Extract the movie which will be a .mp4 to where you want and then open it with quicktime.
