i had actually forgot to turn on my v1 radar, and had too the car that doesn't have the radar jammer.....All that money i spend on jammer and radar .... Pointless.. had to smell this smelly as bitch ... so pissed off...

If it makes you feel any better... I just got 2 tickets the past 2 days..
one for 23 over. one for 18 over.

so i'll be in your shoes very soon.

I always get out of the ticket if i'm alone! But one time one8nine was in the car, the other time, I think the cop was just pissed that it was raining and he had to get out of his car. And he didn't like that my dog had on a shirt that said "bitches love me" he didn't think it was very funny.

oh and to top it off. It was my birthday weekend..

Oh well u live n learn ... sad part is i have to do it one more time for deferred judification... stupid texas law.....apparently if ur under 25 u have to take defensive as part of ur deferred judification

actually it has nothing to do with law... deferred judication just means that the judge or da is defering your judment until after you do what they deem acceptable. If you complete there wishes you are not found guilty. So it depends on their wishes entirely. You should just be happy that they allow you to take it, some counties don't allow it because it is a mocery for those who actually don't get tickets. For instances, sense i was 16 i have had over 35 tickets. only 2 I didn't defer and/or defensive driving out of. Do you think it's fair for joe safe who never speeds to have the same insurance rate as me just because I can work the system a little?
