    Good bodybuilding DVD's recomendations?

I was just surfing through YouTube last night and came across a coupla videos from Ronnie Colemans: Cost of Redemption documentory and I was frankly in utter awe. Im thinking of buying it now. Is there any other DVD's of this sort anyone could recomend or have watched and been truly inspired by? Ive heard Arnies old Pumping Iron video is supposed to be immense as well.

You can't get videos like that at a blockbuster right? Have to order them online or something?

I think you're right. Though I might check out HMV this Friday and see if they got anything.

They're all pretty decent. Battle for the Olympia (BFTO) series is pretty good. You can download a lot of them and watch clips from several on youtube.

I broke down and bought Dorian Yates Blood and Guts a long time ago. Always gave me great motivation to lift. I really think their not worth the price though

    You need a bittorrent program.
WinRAR is a compression program like winzip but not all files are zipped.

Okay cool, cause I been meaning to get WinRAR so I can watch some game replays for a PC game im into, just wondering if Torrents could be viewed with that as well.

So anyway, yeah...are these DVD's expensive then?

bb dvds are expensive if u gonna watch it once n then leave it to get dusty,
if u going to watch it regualy looking for tips and motivation then they pretty good value for money imo, but youtube has thousands of bodybuilding clips and some of the whole dvd so watch a few of them n see which ones u like b4 u go out n buy one
