crystal light
crystal light is pretty good to add, but I've gotten to where I just like water by itself
i drink 1 to 2 gal of water a day. a quart to a half gal of milk. and 1 soda (not diet), now but i am thinking of switching to one beer a day.
yeah i like crystal light too.
Crystal light, lemon water or I make my own lemonaid using Splenda. Every now and then I'll have some diet soda too but I try and stay away from it.

Lemon or lime slices with my water occasionally. Milk and cranberry juice are a mainstay as well.

anyway if you are drinking calorie free flavored shit i would stick to stuff sweetened with sucralose instead of aspartame, that shit is twisted.
as for me i just stick with water. if i really want something sweet ile have a glass of juice here and there, but water usually does it for me.

black and green tea are also great, at least 16 ounces every day, or equivalent in coffee. Zero calorie, loaded with anti oxidants, and have caffiene which will help burn and stay cut
