    for all those who moan about all the food getting big requires...

    sick of *****s at my gym who take lots of gear but wont eat to help their case. Im talking seriously 2-3meals a day, and not even good ones. Chips, cereal. So they ask me what they should do with their next cycle as they arent getting gains and keeping them. I suggest the 'actually eating food' option. They still dont listen. **** them, they are the reason they look shite. If ANY of them just happen to use this board, take heed:

    Amen bro. Im sick of people asking me everytime I see them, "dude you gotta tell me what you eat." Then I take time out of my rountine to give them a quick overview, and Im about 20 seconds in and their like, oh I could never keep up with that.....then I get accused of being a "big juicer," just because they eat and look like shiiit.

    i talk to guys at the gym who have LITERALLY said "i eat more mcdonalds when im on a cycle, i get bigger and harder...but, i have a hard time keeping it all after"

    retards.

    then they ask what i eat. i tell them, they are like "that'd get boring every day"

    well, guess what dipshit, you arn't eating just for fun - but for function and purpose.

    i get shit all the time at work for my diet. one week its good all you do is eat. or how can you chicken and ???? all the time. then they ask for workout and sup advice.
