    bad week

    last week was just a horrible one for me and it ended with 2 broken ribs and costochondral seperation so im out of the gym for about 6 weeks. it freaking sucks because everytime a take a deep breath it feels like im being stabbed in my lungs plus they gave me a rib belt which is so tight i cant even breath when im wearing it(obviously im not going to wear it again). im so pissed off because i jst got cjc and started running it but now its kinda pointless. im going to go crazy not being able to workout or do yard work because im always outside swimming in my pool or doing something around the house. i might have to ask the dr to perscribe me valium or something else to calm me down so i can be lazy for a few weeks because thats just not how i live my life

    for the 2nd time in my life i was hit head on. this time the person was sober though but he took the worst of it and as far as i know he is still in icu down at upmc

    oh im fine. it hurts when i breath but i have pain pills if it gets to bad. i have a 2 year old boy so i refuse to take a drug that may make me act different around him but if the pain would happen to get unbearable i will eat one and go watch tv in my pool house. im not that bad and refused madical attention at the scene but ended up going later that night because i couldnt get a deep breath and was getting lightheaded from trying for so long. pain wise, it bothers me but i can deal with it, its not being able to live my daily routine that screws me. i was swimming everynight with my boy and now i cant even do that and that is what really pisses me off
