Shouldn`t your school offer you a stanford loan by default?
if you have not applied for fin aid i hav e used a credit card in the past then just paid it off when the student loan came through
I'm still waiting for my loan to come through before I start Uni in September.
How much you get varies on certain factors, for instance are you independent or do your parents support you? Age also plays a part. Basically the more independent you are, the more you will be entitled to, but you have to prove this. By rights I should be entitled to the full amount, but wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which fills first.
i got $6,000 in student loans this semester. Some of it is subsidized and some of it it unsubsidized.
Define 'pretty fast'.
If you need it for tuition for the fall, which starts in a few weeks, your not gonna have much luck going through FAFSA - especially if its your first loan.
Independent student loan will be your best bet.
