Im running very low on diskspace - complex issue

That was just to get your attnetion.
Seriously, I have less than 100mb left.

However, I have a 750GB external Hard Drive.
The problem is, when I want to download something say from Adobe (I want Photoshop) it says my disk is full. So I don't know what to do.

Also, should I transfer all my programs to the external hard drive?
    What would you guys do?

    Thanks!

u could install more memory by adding another hardrive.
i'd move the files that i dont use as much to the external hardware.

Maybe you have some data you could move to your external HD? Movies, MP3's...something like that? They take up a lot of space. Go into your control panel and go to add-remove programs and remove anything that you dont use.

Do that and in future use the 'save to' D drive option, or whatever you call it. 100meg is not much!!

Ya when you get down to 100megs and less your computer will really start to bog down...fill up the hard disk completely and your OS may not boot at all.

Your system needs free space for its swap file -- basically it uses the HD as extra RAM when it needs it. You should really free up some space. But yeah, as a poster above said, you can download it directly to your external HD.
