    Nausea after eating?

For the past 2 days every time I eat, 60-90 minutes later I start feeling ill and get a nausea type feeling. I also get hot flashes on different parts of my body. It's a really weird feeling and it's not strong like a stomach flu, it's more mild.

Does anyone have a clue? If it keeps up for a few more days I will go to the doctor.

Are you stressed and/or anxious lately for any reason? Are you sleeping at least 6 hour every night? That can very directly afect your stomach and your digestions and also your brain (headaches, migranhas, hipersensibility to sound and/or light). I tell you from my own experience.
If you havent had any of those, then its probably a virus.
You can try a mild protector like Almax (after the 3 main meals) it wont hurt you. Or something heavier like Omeprazol JUST after your dinner or before going to sleep, just once a day.
But definately if those symptoms continue go see a Doc.
    Hope you get better.
