Best OTC acne product for face?

Anyone know of anyone good ones? Just came off 10 weeks of test, getting that damn acne in the face again.

Cetaphil is a good wash. My dermatologist recommended it.

There are no good OTC acne products. Most prescription acne meds aren't worth a damn either.

I would have agreed until about 6 months ago.. my doctor has me on Doxycycline 100mg every day and a BenzaClin face cream.. works wonders. Face hasn't been this clear since I was 16 (I'm 23).

I've tried it all... benzoyl peroxide cream, proactiv, minocycline, etc. and this is the best.

benzaclin is good but eventually stops working well thats only in my experince .....
If it's severe than u wanna look into accutane.
But the side effects are riduclous and should only be the last resort.

Yeah dude accutane made my joints hurt so bad I couldn't lift.

For a topical cream, Nizoral helped my acne and so did Acne Annilhilator (Platinum Labz), google it. It works well.
